Weigh-in Wednesday

Today I want to share this link: as it has been a life-line to me in this dieting adventure. I'm sorta doing things the old-fashioned way - eating less, moving more...and counting my calories!   I really like that calorie counter.

This week, I lost FIVE pounds!!   I feel more energetic, lighter, and happier than I have in months. Woohoo, for a diet that is working!
